Parents, Please Volunteer!

Parent involvement is essential for program success and player enjoyment. Each team needs two coaches (one head and one assistant) and a team parent. Each game (U8 and above) needs a referee. Each week over 300 individuals volunteer their time to make game day possible for our children.

How Can You Help? Here Are the Jobs!

Head Coach - teaches players developmentally appropriate skills of soccer, sportsmanship, and teamwork

Assistant Coach - aids the head coach at practices and games. Also reinforces player development, sportsmanship, and team work

Referee - enforces the Laws of the Game and insures player safety

Team Parent - assists the coach with team administrative duties (snack/equipment schedules, phone calls, distribution)
Promotes positive sideline atmosphere

Board member - Participates in the management of the regional program

Game-day duties

Even if you are not a coach or a referee, we still need your help. Every week someone must

• Set up and take down equipment
• Act as club linesperson
• Bring snacks
